FourC Presents at IT-Trans in Germany
Trondheim, Norway, 22 February 2018 --- The world’s greatest event on digitalisation in public transport takes place at IT-Trans 2018 - 6-8 March in Karlsruhe. FourC is going there to present several of our groundbreaking services for public transport professionals.
At stand F11 you can meet FourC to learn what we are doing to make life easier for public transport authorities, operators and passengers. We are looking forward to meeting some of the approximately 5000 professionals from over 60 countries that will attend this event.
At the stand FourC will be presenting several innovative and cost-saving services that are available on the Cities in Motion Open Service Platform for public transport. The innovations include LiveScreen infotainment, Passenger Flow Analysis, Beaconizer, Passenger Wi-Fi, Real-time systems, among others. All these services are available on industry standard hardware, potentially saving millions for PTA and operators.
At the fair, FourC will also present at least two new game-changing products and services to the market!
In addition to the innovations on display, our CEO Tor Rune Skoglund will hold a lecture about our research and developments in revolutionary new ways for doing automatic passenger counting. The service Passenger Flow Analysis makes it possible not only to do counting, but also detect passenger transitions from vehicle to vehicle and then create travel patterns between each and every stop using off-the-shelf, multi-purpose hardware. The presentation will be held as part of the “Power of planning: Science of scheduling” topic from 14:00 to 15:30 on Tuesday the 6th on the “Market Update B” stage.
